Refund Policy – PeakPatchers Roofing Solutions At PeakPatchers, we believe that trust is built on craftsmanship, clear communication, and honest service. When you hire us to repair, patch, or protect your roof, we take that responsibility seriously. While most of our work is custom, hands-on, and labor-intensive, we understand that things don’t always go as planned — and that’s where this refund policy comes in. When We Offer Refunds Refunds or partial reimbursements may be considered if: The service was not completed as described in the written agreement. There was a billing error, such as being charged for work that was not performed. A material defect or installation mistake caused a significant issue shortly after service (subject to inspection). The job was canceled with sufficient advance notice (at least 48 hours before scheduled start) and no materials were custom-ordered or delivered. In such cases, we’ll assess the situation fairly and offer a refund, discount, or corrective service — whichever best resolves the issue. When Refunds Are Not Available Due to the custom nature of roofing work, we do not issue refunds for: Change of mind after services have begun or materials have been installed. Weather-related wear or damage that occurs after our work is complete. Pre-existing structural or water damage that was not visible at the time of inspection. Late cancellations made less than 48 hours before the project start. Damage caused by unauthorized third-party work following our service. Our team will always document before and after conditions to keep expectations clear and prevent disputes. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48+ hours before your scheduled service are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-returnable material costs). Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a service fee to cover preparation and labor time. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in full charge for initial labor costs. How to Request a Refund To request a refund or raise a concern: Contact our customer service team with your invoice or work order number. Describe the issue clearly and include photos if relevant. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method.
